Vegan Banana French Toast

Serves: 2



  • 2 Pieces of Bread (I used a dense but small rye)

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspon Maple Syrup 

  • Canola Oil, Grape Seed Oil, or  Coconut Oil for frying your toast



  1. In a food processor or blender, mix your almond milk, banana, vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup. Should look like a smoothie!

  2. Heat your pan to medium and add your oil of choice.

  3. Pour the batter into a shallow bowl, dip your bread and soak until your pan is heated.

  4. Fry up your soaked bread to your favorite toast level.

  5. Enjoy with some maple syrup and/or fruit.
