VEGAN BANANA FRENCH TOAST

2 Pieces of Bread (I used a dense but small rye)
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspon Maple Syrup
Canola Oil, Grape Seed Oil, or Coconut Oil for frying your toast
In a food processor or blender, mix your almond milk, banana, vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup. Should look like a smoothie!
Heat your pan to medium and add your oil of choice.
Pour the batter into a shallow bowl, dip your bread and soak until your pan is heated.
Fry up your soaked bread to your favorite toast level.
Enjoy with some maple syrup and/or fruit.
